Ultimate Summer Holiday Essentials

Whether you're going partying in Ibiza or having a lazy relaxing holiday on a Greek island you need to make sure you get your holiday wardrobe right so you have clothing for every occasion!

If you're thinking about maxi dresses, sandals, bikinis and floral printed summer dresses then you're making a good start! If you're still a bit stuck then don't worry because we're here to help!

If you haven't got some already, then statement shorts are the ones you need to be looking out for this Summer. They will take you straight from the sun loungers to the cocktail bar. Wear with a slinky vest top and heels or sandals and you'll have a day or night outfit.

Floral summer dresses have been huge this year as the bright bold patterns are perfect for those warm summer days. They've been huge this year and even when the weather starts to turn cold you can easily match them up with a cardigan and tights.  For the summer holiday style, simply pair up with a classy pair of wedges and a cute affordable cheap clutch bag.

Jewelled sandals have been huge in fashion this year. They're not only just classy but they can really make a statement. If you don't want to wear heels on holiday then these types of shoes are perfect as they instantly dress up any outfit and you don't have to worry about falling over cracks in the pavement.

If you haven't noticed already, kimonos are slowly popping up all over the place! Whether you wear it with a plain pair of denim shorts or over the top of swimwear they're a great versatile piece to have on your holiday. They're also very light which means you have more room for shoes!

We've been a bit obsessed with maxi dresses recently but who doesn’t love them? They're perfect for chucking on during the day as they're classy but most importantly comfy to wear. They're suitable for any body type and can be dressed up or dressed down.

Lastly you can't forget your sunglasses. How else do you look at hot guys on the beach without making it too obvious? The ones to look out for this year are the animal or colour block print sunglasses!

Summer Festival Fashion Style Guide

Summer is beginning and it's that exciting time of year for all your festival goers. Hopefully you've all purchased your tickets and you're starting to count down the days you can pitch your tend, sit back relax and enjoy the music.  It's a very exciting season but it's time you start planning what you need to take to your festival! Of course you need to think about the tent, food and drink but most importantly, your ultimate festival wardrobe! While you need to be a bit sensible and pack things which are practical and comfortable, festivals are well known for being able to show of your style and go mad for the weekend.

For all those English festivals, as much as we would love sunshine all weekend it's inevitable that the rain will come down and create a lot of MUD! So what better footwear to have then a bright, vibrant pair of wellies! They're the ultimate festival fashion accessory and you'll definitely be lost without them. Who wants to get muddy feet anyway? You'll be much better of protecting your feet and you can even play around in the mud puddles without worrying about ruining your shoes.

As for clothing you don't want to take your favourite outfits to a festival with you as you don't always bring home what you take. A great item of clothing are leggings as although it can be warm during the day it can often become pretty chilly in the evening. The next item of clothing are your typical denim shorts matched with a pair of knee high socks! They're a bit of fun to wear and it's probably one of the only times you can go around with stripy legs all day!

Now what's the one accessory you always see at festivals? If you haven't guessed it then it's the famous flower hair bands! For some reason they appear to be the must have thing to wear at a festival. You can find them at any festival and are great for keeping your hair of your face for when you're dancing amongst thousands of people in a huge crowd. Festivals are always a great excuse to try out that hippy look you know you've been dying to try. Another great thing for festivals are those brightly coloured flowery fashion bags, you should check out the full range of fashion bags on the E5P website because a bag will only cost you £5 and you won't be worried about it getting ruined or muddy.

One last thing that’s an absolute MUST HAVE for English festivals are of course a waterproof mac! You find that they come in a huge choice of colours so pick one that’s bright and that makes you stand out from the crowd! You don't want to be soggy and wet all weekend (hopefully it will be sunny but we can't order in good weather) so a waterproof mac is a very important item for all festival goers! Have fun and remember it’s a weekend to go wild!

How To Choose The Right Bag For You

Ladies bags come in all different styles, sizes, and colours. Handbags have even become a status symbol for ladies who can afford to buy expensive designers' bags. If you’re looking for some help when choosing the right bag then here are a few tips to help you.

Handbag
A handbag is a classic style of bag that can be simple enough to use at a non-formal event or you can also buy a more elegant and classy handbag that will fit well into your formal attire. Handbags are usually medium-sized so they will usually fit in your make-up bag, mobile phone, purse etc. The handles or straps of handbags vary, you can get handles that are long enough to go over your shoulder or ones that simply hang off your arm.

Satchel Bag
If you’re the type of person who goes to college/university or just like exploring different places then a satchel bag is the right bag for you! A satchel bag is ideal because it has enough room for some of your books and various personal belongings as well as easy access front pockets. Satchel bags usually have two handles, a short carry handle and a long over-the-shoulder strap, and are usually quite sturdy and durable.

Clutch Bag
Clutch bags require your whole hand to grasp them since they do not have handles. These types of bags are usually rectangular or are in the shape of an envelope and they can go from casual to formal depending on their designs and styles. Clutch bags are small but can be large enough to contain your lipstick, small purse, and your mobile phone. You can look for a bejewelled/sequin clutch bag if you’re attending formal parties or even go for that plain black clutch to match every outfit. You can find loads more clutch bags on the E5P website.
Shoulder Bag
Shoulder bags are one of the most common types of bags. They come with adjustable straps depending on your preferred length. Shoulder bags come in different sizes but are commonly made large enough to contain everything you need for a shopping trip or day out. This type of bag is ideal for women who are not fond of carrying a bag by the hand.

Remember that when you’re choosing a bag you have to consider your purpose for having it, do you need it for a special occasion? Shopping trips with friends? Or just as an everyday bag for college or work?
If you’re looking for a new bag that won’t end up costing you a fortune then check out the Everything5Pounds website for a bag that will cost you just £5!
